John Hennessey

John Hennessey has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. John started their career at Samsonite as a Business Analyst in October 2009 and worked until February 2010. From March 2010 to December 2011, John worked as an Application Specialist at MEDITECH. John then joined EF Education First in December 2011 as a Web Business Analyst, and later moved on to roles including Software Developer, Senior Software Engineer, and currently as a Lead Software Engineer. John has been working at EF Education First since July 2015. In addition to their software engineering roles, they also worked as a Teacher Assistant at Mirdin from May 2023 to August 2023.

John Hennessey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. John also earned certifications as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and as a Sitecore DMS 1.0 Certified Marketer from Sitecore in 2013 and 2012 respectively.
