Lisa Mancini

Lisa Mancini is an experienced educational and operational leader with a diverse background spanning over 30 years. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for International Summer Schools at EF Education First since November 2022, Lisa oversees the strategic vision and operations for summer programs in North America. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Head of School at Notre Dame Academy, where leadership encompassed spiritual, academic, and administrative facets of the institution. Additionally, Lisa held significant positions at Fidelity Investments, including Vice President of Program Management and Senior Vice President of Communications & Education, focusing on client program management and communication strategies. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Provider Relations at Fallon Community Health Plan, where emphasis was placed on provider satisfaction and team management. Lisa holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Salve Regina University and is a graduate of Notre Dame Academy, Worcester.
