Peter Burman

Peter Burman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Peter began their career as a Professional Golf Player and later served in the Swedish Armed Forces during their compulsory military service. Peter then worked as a Product Specialist at Johnson & Johnson before joining EF Education First. At EF Education First, they held multiple positions including Country Manager, VP Sales and Marketing Latin America, and President of EF Corporate Language Learning Solutions. Peter also served as CEO of My Academy, a leading home tutoring company, and held leadership roles at EF Education First again, such as President of EF Corporate Solutions and President of EF English Courses for Adults. Peter was also a Board Member at the Swedish School in London and later became a Board Member at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK. Peter is currently the President of EF Digital and Chief Operating Officer at Efekta Education Ltd.

Peter Burman earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University, attending from 1988 to 1993. In 1994, they attended Universidad de Málaga for a short course in Spanish Language and Literature.
