Shannon Lee D'Haem has over 15 years of experience in the educational tours industry. Shannon started their career at EF Educational Tours as a Territory Manager, where they successfully managed and grew the territory by 20% year over year for two consecutive years. Shannon then moved on to become a Recruiter and Sales Trainer, where they managed the recruitment process for salespeople and provided training and coaching support to ensure their success. In 2015, Shannon joined EF Education First as the Director of Sales, where they were responsible for building and managing sales teams, analyzing market data, and driving strategic business growth. Shannon consistently achieved double-digit growth in their region and was a top-performing leader nationally. Currently, Shannon is working at EF Educational Tours as the Senior Director of Sales, leading the sales strategy and development in their fastest growing markets. Their focus is on maintaining repeat revenue and expanding into new markets.
