Emily Mantell has extensive experience in the education and travel industry. Emily began their career in 2005 at EF High School Exchange Year, where they served as a Regional Placement Manager and later became a Regional Placement Director. In 2007, they joined EF Educational Tours as a Regional Customer Service Manager and eventually became the Director of Customer Service. From 2012 to 2016, Emily held the position of Director of Sales at EF Educational Tours. In 2016, they transitioned to EF High School Exchange Year as a Vice President, a role they held until 2018. Emily then joined EF Educational Tours again in 2018 as the Vice President of Sales Training. Emily further progressed within the organization and became the Vice President of Recruitment and Employee Development at EF Education First from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Emily Mantell serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at EF Go Ahead Tours.

Emily Mantell attended Bowdoin College from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. Their field of study focused on Spanish language and culture. After that, they pursued further education at Boston University - School of Management. Emily completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Emily Mantell has also obtained a certification as a Certified StrengthsFinder Coach from Gallup, although the specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
