Justin Shearer

Justin Shearer has extensive experience in customer experience management and engineering solutions, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at PCI Energy Solutions since October 2013. In this role, Justin oversees the complete customer journey, including pre-sales engineering, project execution, and customer success initiatives. Previously, Justin held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Solutions, Senior Director, and Director, contributing as a thought leader and mentor. Prior to PCI, Justin gained experience as QA Team Lead at Agio and ISS SCAS Operations Associate at MSCI Inc. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Management Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
