Lori Rosner has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Marketing Intern at Framerica. Lori then worked as Front Desk staff at Sesuit Harbor House in 2012 before participating in a Winter Externship at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants later that year. In 2013, Lori joined the Newport Hotel Group and completed their Management Trainee Program, which exposed their to various roles within the hotel industry. Lori eventually became the Housekeeping Manager at the North Conway Grand Hotel before transitioning to EF Go Ahead Tours in 2015. At EF Go Ahead Tours, Lori held several positions, starting as Customer Relations where they assisted travelers and developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Lori then progressed to Assistant Manager and later Manager of Traveler Support, gaining experience managing teams and making operational decisions. In 2021, Lori was promoted to Associate Director of Traveler Support, and as of November 2022, they are the Director of People Development and Executive Assistant to the President at EF Go Ahead Tours.
Lori Rosner completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also studied Hospitality Administration/Management for a brief period at César Ritz Lucerne.
