Reese Henderson

Reese Henderson currently serves as a Travel Operations Coordinator at EF Education First, responsible for booking itineraries, processing customizable requests, and ensuring high-quality service. Proficiency in Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems, along with experience in Zendesk and Salesforce, enables effective problem-solving for operational challenges. Previous experience includes a role as Practice Coordinator at Tufts Medical Center, where oversight of daily clinic operations and patient appointment management was crucial, and as a Food Server at O Steaks and Seafood, where exceptional customer service skills were honed in a fast-paced environment. Reese is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at Southern New Hampshire University, building on a previous Bachelor of Education in World Language and Culture and Diversity & Globalization.
