Jay S. Weinstein

Jay S. Weinstein M.D., M.B.A is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and co-medical director of the primary care practice for Northwell Health. He is a supervising medical attending in their internal medicine residency and a practicing internal medicine physician for Northwell Health. Dr. Weinstein has over twenty-five years of clinical and teaching experience in internal medicine. Prior to joining Northwell, he was a faculty and teaching physician for Continuum Health System and a former medical director and faculty physician for St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in Manhattan. He was the Director of the Transitional Residency Program and Medical Director of the Medical Consultative Service. Dr Weinstein received his M.B.A. in 2018 from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University, graduating with distinction. Dr. Weinstein has an interest in preventive medicine, quality of care and the cost of healthcare.
