Sara Hull

Sara Hull is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in building and managing HR departments and processes. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at EFC International since December 2015, Sara has previously held the role of Human Resources and Accounting Manager at Central Realty, where responsibilities included establishing an HR department, implementing employee review processes, and managing employee benefits. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Barnes & Noble and Store Manager at B. Dalton Booksellers, focusing on employee development and store operations. Sara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
