Nadezhda Psherenkova is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Haier since July 2018, Nadezhda has also held the role of HR Business Partner for Supply Chain at Efes Rus since March 2012, where significant achievements include successful organizational integration, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement programs. Nadezhda's prior experience at SABMiller Russia involved managing HR functions at multiple production sites, developing a Management Trainee program, and enhancing performance management systems. Nadezhda's educational background includes a degree in Linguistics and Pedagogics from Kaluga State University and honors from Lowell High School in Indiana, USA.
