Dorothy Naylor

Dorothy Naylor has extensive experience in the field of international exchange programs and childcare services. Currently serving as the IEC Recruitment and Development Manager and Regional Placement Manager at EF High School Exchange Year since February 2013, Dorothy is responsible for managing Local Childcare Consultants, driving repeat family participation, addressing host family crises, and ensuring compliance with State Department regulations. Prior to this role, Dorothy was a Program Director at Cultural Care Au Pair from September 2009 to February 2013, where responsibilities included managing family communications and documenting feedback. Additionally, Dorothy held the position of Managing Director at Grand Circle Corporation from 1999 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a BA in Legal Education from the University of Massachusetts/Boston College of Public and Community Service, earned between 1975 and 1978.
