Paddy Woods

Paddy Woods is an experienced educational professional and Programme Advisor at EF High School Exchange Year since March 2022. With a strong background in examination management, Paddy served as the CEM Centre Exams Manager for FERE CECA from April 2011 to October 2021, overseeing the largest exam center in Spain. Paddy has held various roles, including Cambridge Speaking Examiner Team Leader, where responsibilities included training new examiners and ensuring standardization in exam delivery. Additional experience includes teaching ESL at multiple levels, providing in-company English classes, and developing training workshops for language assistants. Paddy holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business, as well as several specialized qualifications in education and language teaching.
