Ailee Trinidad

Ailee Trinidad's work experience includes a position as a PIC Layout Engineer at EFFECT Photonics starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a PhD Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology from 2016. Ailee also had an internship at Ghent University from September 2014 to June 2015. Ailee's earlier experience includes working as a Research & Development Engineer at Advanced World Solutions, Inc. from June 2009 to August 2012. In this role, they were a Scope Leader and Software Engineer, working with technologies such as C/C++, Java, Android SDK, and Eclipse IDE. Ailee was also certified as FE Certified by PhilNITS.

Ailee Trinidad's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Physics in 2009. Ailee then pursued further studies at Ghent University and Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 2013 to 2016, earning a Master's Degree in Photonics Engineering. In 2016, Ailee enrolled at Eindhoven University of Technology, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electro-Optical Communications and Photonic Integrated Circuitry in 2020.
