Alden Carracillo

Alden Carracillo has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Alden is currently employed at EFFECT Photonics as the VP of Photonic IC Platforms since August 2022. Previously, they worked at onsemi from 2016 to 2022, starting as the Director of Engineering and later transitioning to the role of Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to that, Alden worked at ON Semiconductor from 2011 to 2015 as the Product and Test Engineering Sr. Manager. Alden also held the position of Product Engineering Manager at Cypress Semiconductor Corp. Belgium from 2008 to 2011. Alden began their career in the semiconductor field as a Process Engineer at FillFactory NV from 2002 to 2004. Overall, Alden has gained extensive experience and expertise in various roles within the semiconductor industry.

Alden Carracillo completed a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from LUCA School of Arts from 1999 to 2002.
