Hamed Pezeshki started their career as an Optoelectronic researcher at ACECR - K. N. Toosi University of Technology in December 2012. In this role, they worked as a lab supervisor and also as a member of the R&D team, focusing on designing and constructing the PDLC Smart Glass. Hamed held this position until October 2016.
After that, Hamed joined the University of Nottingham in December 2016 as a PHD Student. Hamed worked in this role for over 4 years, until February 2021.
Following their Ph.D., Hamed worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology from April 2021 to April 2023.
Currently, Hamed is employed as a Foundry Engineer at EFFECT Photonics, starting from April 2023.
Hamed Pezeshki holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, which they obtained from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Optoelectronic from Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, from 2009 to 2012. Hamed also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tabriz, attained from 2005 to 2007.
In addition to their academic degrees, Hamed Pezeshki has acquired the certification in "Preparing to Teach in Higher Education" from the University of Nottingham in February 2018.
