Tammy Rosado

Tammy Rosado has an extensive background in human resources, primarily in the role of a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Tammy has worked at various technology companies, including Tilera Corporation, EZchip, Mellanox Technologies, Cavium Inc, and Marvell Semiconductor. In their most recent position at EFFECT Photonics, they serve as the Human Resources Manager for North America and a Global Business Partner. Tammy has been consistently involved in HR roles throughout their career, demonstrating a strong focus on partnering with business leaders to drive organizational success.

Tammy Rosado attended Dean College, where they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Tammy has additional certifications including Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) obtained in November 2019, Six Sigma Certified - Green Belt from Six Sigma Daily obtained in February 2016, OSHA Certified from OSHA-Safety-Training.com in 2015, and Notary Public certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
