Fanny Leal

Fanny Leal is the current Director of Strategy and Products at Effective Health Systems. Fanny has been in this role since April of 2017 and has been with Effective Health Systems, LLC since then. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Product Officer at Healthesystems from August 2013 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for strategy, product innovation, and user experience design. Fanny also fostered user-centered, evidence based product design and innovation and oversaw agile product development.

Before their time at Healthesystems, Leal worked as a Project Manager at Geographic Solutions from June 2010 to August 2013. In this role, they managed multi-million dollar projects providing software implementation and account management. Fanny also delivered creative SaaS solutions to US Workforce Agencies.

Leal has also held positions as a Business Development/Program Manager at Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance from January 2009 to June 2010 and an HR - Corporate Recruiter at Fifth Third Bank from January 2007 to December 2009. In their role at Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance, they were responsible for overseeing the business development of the organization as well as managing programs. As an HR - Corporate Recruiter at Fifth Third Bank, they were responsible for recruiting new employees as well as administering benefits.

Fanny Leal's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Florida Metropolitan University in the field of Business Administration, Management and Operations. Fanny also has certification from the Project Management Institute in both PMI-ACP and PMP - Project Management Professional.

Their manager is James A. Schlueter, President/CEO. They work with Lindsay Schorer Wesley - Director, Accounts & Products, Randy Sysol - Chief Information Officer, and Chris Costantino - CTO.
