Kieran Pender

Project Director at Effective People

Kieran Pender has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and project management. Kieran started their career as an HR Assistant at Mercedes-Benz AG and gradually moved up the ranks, taking on roles such as HR Coordinator and HR Manager. During their time at Mercedes-Benz, they worked on various projects, including the implementation of Payroll Outsourcing and a standardized PeopleSoft solution for multiple countries.

After leaving Mercedes-Benz, Kieran joined EY as a Manager in People Advisory Services, where they consulted with clients across different industries on HR Transformation and Change Management projects. Kieran also served as a Business Engagement and Readiness Lead for an Oracle EBS implementation and as a Business Process Lead for a SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Following their time at EY, Kieran worked at Nufarm as an HR Project Manager, where they planned and executed people and organizational changes as a result of major Business Transformation projects. Kieran was also involved in various activities such as merger and acquisition, shared service center transition and outsourcing, ERP implementation, HRIS implementation, succession planning, talent and performance management, and project-based talent acquisition.

Most recently, Kieran joined Effective People as a Senior Project Manager and later took on the role of Project Director. In this role, they led program and project teams in full-suite implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, partnering with clients and overseeing the planning, initiation, and execution phases.
