Mihai Hogas

Mihai Hogas currently serves as Proposal and Deal Manager, Data Privacy Officer at Effective People, a prominent implementation partner for SAP SuccessFactors since 2005, starting in June 2021. Prior to this role, Mihai worked at Oracle from October 2017 to June 2021 as Proposal Manager for North American Applications Solutions Engineering. Earlier experience includes serving as a Billing Agent at SNC-Lavalin from November 2015 to October 2017, focusing on invoicing and customer account management, and as a Customer Service Representative at Capgemini from June 2014 to January 2015. Mihai holds a Master’s degree in Law from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, earned between 2009 and 2015.
