Tom Cieslak-Kristensen

Tom Cieslak-Kristensen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Tom has worked in various roles and positions in different companies.

Starting in 2002, they worked as a Teacher's Assistant at IT-University Copenhagen.

In 2003, they joined Dansk e-Learning Center as a Flash Developer, focusing on the development of e-learning applications using Flash, Flex, and PHP/MySQL. Tom continued in this role until 2007.

In 2007, Tom worked as a Freelancer in Internet Advertising for a brief period of time.

Later in 2007, they joined Whitech Software Solutions as a Flex Application and Analyst Developer. Tom'sresponsibilities included developing Flex and AIR applications for the company's Kiosk application solutions in the digital photography sector. Tom remained with the company until 2009.

From 2009 to 2013, Tom worked as a Solutions Architect at Effective-Learning, contributing to the development and improvement of various solutions.

In 2013, they joined Effective People as a Performance Management Consultant. In this role, they provided consulting services related to performance management until 2018.

In 2019, Tom became an Application Architect at Effective People, involved in designing and implementing Extension solutions mainly built in SAP Cloud Platform. Tom led the projects from requirement specification, testing, to final deployment. Tom held this position until 2020.

Currently, they serve as the Head of Extension Services at Effective People, actively working on filling in gaps and leveraging the SAP Business Technology Platform to create solutions that enhance SAP SuccessFactors. Tom'saim is to make end users happy throughout the process.

Tom Cieslak-Kristensen began their education in 1996, where they pursued a degree in Information Science, specializing in Librarian and Database Management. The duration of this program is unknown.

In 2000, Tom enrolled in the IT-Universitetet i København, where they completed a Master's degree in Information Technology, focusing on Internet Technologies. Tom successfully completed this program in 2003.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Tom also holds several certifications related to SAP software. In 2016, they became a SAP Certified Professional Application Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management. In 2019, they obtained another certification as a SAP Certified Professional Application Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Most recently, in August 2023, they acquired the SAP Certified Associate - Work Zone certification.
