Karessa Irvin

Mental Health Professional Development Trainer/coach at Effective School Solutions

Karessa Irvin is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in training and program management. Currently serving as a Mental Health Professional Development Trainer/Coach at Effective School Solutions since February 2022, Karessa previously held the position of Program Manager at the SF LGBT Center from February 2019 to October 2021. Additional roles include Adjunct Assistant Professor at Smith College, Bilingual Counselor at Lincoln Families, and Fellow at Princeton in Latin America. Earlier in the career, Karessa worked as a Clinical Social Work Intern at Alameda Health System-HIghland Hospital and Intake Specialist at Adventist HealthCare- Reginald S. Lourie Center.
