Nikhil Seshan

Nikhil Seshan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Effective School Solutions, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Nikhil Seshan was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from October 2016 to July 2025. Nikhil Seshan gained early experience as a Summer Associate at both Artemis Connection and Bain & Company in 2015 and 2016, respectively, and co-founded Daily Themes, which operated from September 2013 to December 2014. Nikhil Seshan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, completed in January 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Yale University, acquired in January 2007.
