Mary Massoumi

Mary Massoumi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mary is currently the Managing Director at effective world Group since July 2021. Previously, they served as the Head Coach of the Rockville Swim Team (RSMC) at City of Rockville from February 2015. At the same time, they also worked as an Operations/Customer Relations Manager at LA Fitness from April 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, Mary worked as a Marketing Advertising Specialist at MARLITY from September 2017 to March 2019. Mary was also a Co-Founder and Senior Marketing Executive at Fardabook from June 2011 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Project Manager at Azad University from October 2008 to January 2010, where they organized and executed various competitions and coaching programs. Mary started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at TakhteShirin Agroindustrial Co. in April 2005.

Mary Massoumi earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Azad University (IAU) in 2006. Mary later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic/Marketing and obtained it from Bahar Educational Institute between 2010 and 2012. In 2016-2018, Mary attended Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and received a Master of Professional Studies degree with a specialization in SIM. Mary has also acquired various certifications in areas such as digital advertising, coaching, and sports-related disciplines from institutions like Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and American Red Cross.
