Christian de Waard has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Christian started their career at BONKERS LIMITED in 2001, where they worked in production until 2003. In 2003, they joined Effectory as an Employee Engagement Consultant and later moved up to become the Sales Director from 2005 to 2010. From 2010 to 2022, Christian served as the Commercial Director at Effectory. Currently, they hold the position of CEO at Effectory, where they focus on building meaningful organizations and providing feedback solutions.
Christian de Waard attended Leiden University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a "drs" degree in Social & Organizational Psychology.
