Floris Steenman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Floris began their career as a Jeugdtrainer at Deventer Hockey Vereniging from August 2008 to July 2013. From there, they gained experience as a Stagiair afdeling Sales Retail at Ingram Micro from April 2015 to July 2015. During their time at Ingram Micro, they worked as an Assistent Account Manager, receiving a rating of 8.0.
In August 2015, Floris joined HockeyXperts as a Hoofdtrainer, a role they held until February 2017. Simultaneously, they started working as a Medewerker operational support at Arval BNP Paribas Group from September 2017 until December 2017. Additionally, Floris was an Afstudeerstagiair at Arval BNP Paribas Group from February 2017 to August 2017.
In March 2018, Floris worked as a Medewerker Resources & Opleiden at Rabobank Groep, leaving in August 2018. The same year, they also joined Effectory as a Finance Assistant from November 2018 to December 2020. Floris then transitioned to the role of Consultant assistent from September 2020 to September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at Effectory, starting in October 2021.
Floris also pursued a career as a Professioneel hockeyspeler, playing for S.C.H.C. Bilthoven from August 2020 to the present. Prior to this, they played as a Hockeyspeler Heren 1 for UHC Qui Vive from August 2015 to July 2020.
Floris Steenman completed their education in a chronological manner. Floris started their academic journey by earning a VWO diploma in Economics & Society from Vrije School Zutphen in the years 2007 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration MER from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht for the period of 2013 to 2017.
Floris then continued their education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), where they completed a premaster program in Policy, Communication, and Organization (Beleid, Communicatie en Organisatie) from 2018 to 2019. Subsequently, they proceeded to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) degree in the same field of study from VU Amsterdam in the year 2019 to 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Floris Steenman has also acquired a certification in Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design in November 2021, showcasing their commitment to ongoing professional development.
