Katharina Wulf

Katharina Wulf has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katharina currently works at Effectory as a Customer Success Manager since January 2023. Before that, they worked at Catawiki from November 2019 to December 2022, where they held the roles of Customer Experience Design Coordinator and Customer Experience Specialist. In 2019, Katharina also worked at garage CREATIVESPACE GmbH as a Project and Event Manager. Prior to that, they were involved in volunteering work at AKD School, NGO from February to August 2018. In 2017, Katharina held the position of General Manager Operations at Villa Mare OHG and worked as a Restaurant Manager at Grand Hotel Seeschlösschen Spa und Golfressor from September 2016 to May 2017. Katharina started their career as a Management-Trainee at the same hotel from September 2013 to August 2016. Between November 2017 and March 2019, they had a period of travel. Overall, Katharina has gained experience in customer success, customer experience design, event management, volunteering, general management, and restaurant operations.

Katharina Wulf attended Duale Hochschule Schleswig-Holstein (DHSH) from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Additionally, during the same period from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Hotel Industry Expert certification from IHK. Furthermore, Katharina Wulf obtained certifications in "Introduction to Coding" from SheCodes Workshops in November 2020 and "Führung und konzentrieren auf das Wesentliche" from the Institute of Microtraining DACH in April 2017.
