Lilla Maté

Lilla Maté has a diverse work experience that includes roles in software support, project administration, and teaching. In their most recent position at Effectory, they worked as a Software Support Engineer and Project Administrator, with a focus on providing technical assistance and managing projects. Prior to that, they served as a Teacher Assistant at Orion College Drostenburg, where they worked closely with a teacher to lead a group of teenagers with disabilities. Their responsibilities included organizational tasks, preparing lessons, and interacting with colleagues and parents. Before that, they gained experience as an English Teacher at Helen Doron English Hungary, where they taught English to children using interactive methods and aimed to inspire them through creative activities.

Lilla Maté obtained their Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Eötvös Loránd University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in SheCodes Basics and SheCodes Plus from SheCodes Workshops in July and August 2021, respectively.
