Pieter Kruijsdijk

Pieter Kruijsdijk has a diverse work experience history. Pieter began their career at Lidl Nederland in 2011 as a Medewerker and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an HR-stagiair for a few months. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant at HR consultancy Peperclip. In 2020, they became a Graduate Student Researcher at the Centre for Applied Research on Economics & Management (CAREM) where they conducted research on the introduction of a skillspaspoort in the ICT sector. Pieter also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Effectory since July 2021 and as a Medewerker helpdesk at Effectory from October 2020 until June 2021.

Pieter Kruijsdijk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business economics / Economie en management / Economie en zakelijk beheer from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. In addition, they pursued a Minor in Human Resources Management at the same institution from 2018 to 2019.
