Tom Sjamaar

Tom Sjamaar has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as an HR Intern at iScreen. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Executive Search Associate at YESS International Consultants. Tom then joined KPMG Nederland as a Talent Sourcing Consultant from 2016 to 2017. Following this, Tom worked at People Select as a Senior Consultant from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior People Strategy Consultant at Effectory, where they have been working since March 2021.

Tom Sjamaar holds a Master's Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Maastricht University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, in 2011, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at Eötvös Loránd University. Tom also received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Maastricht University, completing it between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Tom has obtained certifications as a Certified PiCompany assessor from PiCompany in 2017 and as a Coachen op Drijfveren from V-cirkel Academie, also in 2017.
