Ravi Eleswarapu

Ravi Eleswarapu started their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services and worked until 2013. In 2015, they joined Effexoft Inc as a Salesforce Consultant, where they provided consulting services to clients in the Logistics and Food & Beverage industry. Ravi configured and customized Salesforce and built an ERP system, integrating it with Financial Force. Since 2019, Ravi has been working at IDB Bank, initially as a Salesforce Administrator and later as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator. In their current role, they interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify needs and gaps, and they are responsible for the design, development, and release of various applications on Salesforce as part of the bank's digital transformation strategy.

Ravi Eleswarapu completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Com from GITAM Deemed University from 2007 to 2011. Ravi then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating in 2015. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Platform Developer I in May 2019, Salesforce Certified Administrator in May 2020, and Platform App Builder in June 2020. Ravi continued to earn additional certifications spanning various areas such as Sharing and Visibility Architect, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Application Architect, and others from 2021 to 2023.
