Mandeep Sodhi

Mandeep Sodhi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mandeep is currently the Founder & CEO of Effi Technologies (Effi), a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at Geezy Global starting from March 2020.

In 2019, Mandeep worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Zip Co Limited from June to September. Before that, from January 2015 to May 2019, they founded and served as the CEO of HashChing, an online marketplace for home loans. During their time at HashChing, they successfully built the brand from scratch and achieved over 15 awards and nominations.

Mandeep's earlier work experience includes positions at Westpac, AFS Digital, and BT Financial Group. Mandeep worked as a Business Solutions Manager at Westpac, AFS Digital from February to December 2014, and as a Senior Business Consultant from April 2013 to February 2014. Prior to that, they were a Lead Business Analyst at BT Financial Group from September 2011 to March 2013, and at Westpac from September 2010 to August 2011. Mandeep also served as a Senior Business Analyst at BT Financial Group from March to September 2010.

In 2009, Mandeep worked as a Senior Business Analyst at AMP, and from July 2008 to October 2009, they were a Business Analyst at CommInsure.

Mandeep Sodhi completed a Bachelor's degree in Internet Science and Technology with a focus on eCommerce from the University of Wollongong in 2001-2003. In 2007-2008, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance & Investment from FINSIA. In 2013-2014, Mandeep pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the Sydney Business School at the University of Wollongong. Lastly, in 2017, they earned a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking from Kaplan Professional.
