Kobus Sadie

Kobus Sadie has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on wealth management and investment services. Kobus currently holds the position of Managing Director Efficient Wealth at Efficient Group (Pty) Ltd, where they have been since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Executive: Wealth Management and Institutional Marketing and General Manager: Wealth Services at the same company.

Before joining Efficient Group, Sadie worked at Consolidated Retirement Fund as the Principal Officer / Chief Investment Officer and later as the Chief Investment Officer from 2014 to 2019. Kobus also held the position of Chief Investment Officer and Head of Wealth Management at Verso Investment Services from 2008 to 2014.

At the start of their career, Sadie worked at Citadel Investment Services as a Portfolio Manager and later as a Portfolio Manager Assistant from 1998 to 2008.

Kobus Sadie completed their education at two different institutions. From 1991 to 1994, they studied Accounting at Stellenbosch University. Later, they enrolled in the CFA Institute, where they pursued Investments from 2001 to 2004.
