Nikita Prokopev

Nikita Prokopev is the Chief Technology Officer at .Efficiently. Nikita has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on software engineering. Nikita began their career as a software developer intern at Factset Research Systems and then worked as a research programmer at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. In 2006, they joined Salesforce.com as a lead software engineer. Nikita was an early developer on the Salesforce platform and was responsible for building the first native CPQ application using Apex and Visualforce. Nikita also worked on multiple platform security features, including email confirmation, anti cross-site request forgery framework and authentication components. In 2014, they left Salesforce to become the Chief Technology Officer at Aorta Systems Group. Nikita was responsible for leading a team of engineers, QA analysts and business analysts to deliver projects on a demanding schedule. Nikita also oversaw requirements gathering and interfacing with client's technical teams. In 2018, they joined .Efficiently as their CTO.

Nikita Prokopev has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as well as a BS in Computer Science from the same school.
