Harpreet Chattha is an accomplished manager and consultant with a robust background in operational efficiency and savings generation across various industries. Currently employed at Efficio since June 2023, Harpreet delivered €5 million in savings for a major elevator company through strategic supplier negotiations. Previously at Argon & Co, significant contributions included developing Tableau dashboards for FMCG companies that transformed production data into actionable insights. While at Isaac Operations, Harpreet led a team to achieve $1.5 million in savings for a baked goods producer by implementing a labor scheduling tool. With experience at Newton Europe, both as a senior consultant and consultant, Harpreet focused on operational improvements across diverse sectors, including public defence and engineering, and provided training to in-house teams.
