Marius Bozga

Marius Bozga has over 16 years of experience in research and development within the mechanical engineering field. Currently serving as R&D Manager at Gühring Romania since November 2010, Marius has held various leadership roles, including Manager of the R&D Mechanical Design, Prototypes, 3D Printing, and CAE Departments, as well as Team Leader of the R&D Mechanical Design Team. Prior to this, Marius worked as a Mechanical Drafter at ELM Electromontaj and briefly as a Mechanical Designer and Drafter at Taparo. Educational credentials include a PhD in Industrial Engineering focused on cutting-edge preparation of carbide milling tools for stainless steel machining, a Master's Degree in Innovative Production Processes and Technological Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Technology of Machine Building, all obtained from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
