Prior to this, Marius worked as a Mechanical Drafter at ELM Electromontaj and briefly as a Mechanical Designer and Drafter at Taparo. Educational credentials include a PhD in Industrial Engineering focused on cutting-edge preparation of carbide milling tools for stainless steel machining, a Master's Degree in Innovative Production Processes and Technological Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Technology of Machine Building, all obtained from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
