Maged Moustafa

Maged Moustafa, PMP®, RMP®, SP®, currently serves as Project Control Lead at Efficio, overseeing project controls and PMO activities for capital-intensive programs across utilities, infrastructure, and aviation sectors since April 2024. Previously, Maged worked as Project Control Engineer at Siemens, contributing to the development of a major high-speed rail network in Egypt, and held similar positions at Hassan Allam Technologies, CRC-DORRA, SKY FOR TRADING & CONTRACTING, and Engineering Consultants Group S.A., where expertise in project scheduling, risk management, and budgeting was demonstrated. Maged also served as a Teaching Assistant at El Shorouk Academy, delivering instruction on Primavera P6 software. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and multiple diplomas in Contract Management and Administration, emphasizing a strong foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of engineering projects.
