Marwan Mahfouz

Marwan Mahfouz is a seasoned procurement professional currently serving as a Senior Procurement Lead for projects at both Efficio and NEOM since October 2023, focusing on high complexity CAPEX procurement for multibillion-dollar initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Procurement and Contracts Manager at SEG Société d'Entreprise et de Gestion, where Marwan defined procurement strategies, strengthened supplier relationships, and managed procurement activities during significant projects, including the construction of hospitals and housing units for the Cameroonian government. Additional roles at different companies include managing procurement, contracts, and construction operations, demonstrating extensive expertise in supply chain management and project execution across various industries. Marwan holds an MBA from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
