Shirin Mojibian Tomlinson

Shirin Mojibian Tomlinson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shirin started their career at AT Kearney in 1995, where they worked as a Manager for five years. Shirin then moved on to Impact Management Consulting in 2000 and held the position of Director for twelve years. In 2012, they joined Efficio as the Human Resources and People Development Manager, a role they held until 2016. Shirin was then promoted to Efficio Academy Principal, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Efficio Academy. Overall, Shirin Mojibian Tomlinson has demonstrated expertise in human resources, people development, and consulting throughout their career.

Shirin Mojibian Tomlinson holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electronic Engineering with Medical Electronics from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
