Prior to this role, Claudia A. worked as an International Marketing Assistant at Management Learning Systems and TCGC from 1998 to 2000. Claudia A. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from HEC Montréal, completed in 2007, and also obtained a degree in Techniques Administratives with a focus on International Commerce from Collège François-Xavier-Garneau, graduated in 1999.
