Kenneth Ho has an extensive work experience in the field of risk and operational management. Kenneth began their career in 2005 at Societe Generale Private Banking as an Associate Director. Kenneth then worked at The Bank of East Asia and Bank of Singapore as a Risk Manager, focusing on operational risk management. In 2015, Kenneth joined Wells Fargo as a Vice President, where they served as an Operational Risk Consultant for the Asia Pacific region. Following this, they worked at Pictet Group as a Vice President and Risk Manager, handling group risk management. In 2019, they took on the role of Head of Risk - Risk and Compliance (Asia) at Bupa Global. Currently, Kenneth is serving as the Head of Operational Risk (HK) at EFG Bank.

Kenneth Ho has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester. In addition to their formal education, Kenneth has also received several professional certifications, including Certified Accountant of FCCA from ACCA, Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, and Certified Operational Risk Management Professional (CORP) from The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.
