Rona Tey

Rona Tey has over 24 years of work experience in various banking institutions. Rona most recently served as the First Vice President in Operations Management and Monitoring at EFG Bank, where they were responsible for risk management, strategic planning, and reporting. Prior to this, Rona worked as an Operational Risk Manager at Bank of Singapore, where they conducted assessments and analysis of operational risk incidents. Rona also has experience as an Executive Director and Director of Operation Services at Bank of Singapore, where they led teams in client data management and compliance with AML and KYC requirements. Earlier in their career, Rona held roles such as Head of Client Account Services at Union Bancaire Privee, Head of HR/Administration at Bank Sarasin-Rabo, and Vice President at Nomura Singapore Limited.

Rona Tey's education history includes a Diploma in Compliance from International Compliance Training, which they obtained in the academic year 2009-2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Degree in Human Resource Management from La Trobe University, completing it in the period of 2003-2005. Rona also holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, which they acquired at the Singapore Institute of Management during the academic year 2000-2001.

In addition to their formal education, Rona Tey has obtained a certification in "Communicating with Confidence" from LinkedIn in September 2018.
