Roba Kaied

Roba Kaied, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and recruitment. Since September 2013, Roba has held various leadership roles at EFG Holding, including HR Manager for Jordan and the Frontier Markets & Lower GCC, and has progressively advanced through positions up to Vice President. Prior experience includes a role as Recruitment Coordinator at JOBMASTER, where Roba managed recruitment processes and built client relationships across diverse industries. Additionally, experience includes a training role in the Human Resources department at SELEX Communications and a six-month entrepreneurial training course with Progetto Mediterraneo focused on internationalization in northern Africa. Roba holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences from Modern Sciences and Arts University (MSA).
