Antonio Aceves

Antonio Aceves has over 30 years of extensive experience in business development and management across various industries in Latin America. Currently serving as the Latin America lead for EFI Polymers and as Business Director for Rico Products, Inc., Antonio also founded and manages repLATAM, providing specialized support for global companies entering the region. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategy and Business at X2F, Business Director at Henkel, and Co-Founder/General Manager at TECINPRO, where a focus on high-tech product commercialization was emphasized. Antonio’s early career included key positions such as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Intel Corporation and Commercial Director for Latin America at Ziff Davis, alongside work in artificial intelligence at Procter & Gamble. Antonio holds an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing Engineering from Universidad La Salle.
