Agata Borzykowska

Agata Borzykowska is an accomplished IT Project Manager and Scrum Master with extensive experience in project management across various sectors, including banking, insurance, and energy. Currently at Efigence since June 2021, Agata leads multiple projects while focusing on agile methodologies and fostering collaboration between business and IT. Prior experience includes roles at Altkom Software & Consulting, SILK Software House, DEVELOR, and FPP Consulting, where Agata honed skills in managing teams, facilitating communication, and improving processes. Agata holds postgraduate degrees in Computer Science and Project Management, along with a Master’s in Environmental Protection from the University of Warsaw. Additionally, Agata serves as a sailing instructor and lifeguard at the Academy of Kusznierewicz and Warsaw Youth Palace Center, showcasing a commitment to teaching and mentorship.
