Karolina Frątczak

Karolina Frątczak is a legal professional with extensive experience in banking and finance, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a lawyer at both Efigence and Artegence since September 2022, Karolina previously held the position of Associate at GESSEL Attorneys at Law from July 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included advising on financial transactions and corporate mergers. Earlier roles include Junior Associate and legal internships at various firms, along with experience as a court reporter and in security at Netia. Karolina holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and is pursuing a Doctoral Seminar Program in Law at Uniwersytet SWPS. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting was obtained from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
