James (Jim) Harvey

Jim Harvey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. James (Jim) started their career at KeyBank in 2007, where they worked as a Branch Manager until 2014. At KeyBank, they were responsible for managing branch operations and overseeing customer service.

In 2014, Jim joined InsideSales.com as a Customer Account Executive. In this role, they focused on building strong customer relationships, ensuring product adoption, and maximizing efficiency for clients. James (Jim) also played a key role in documenting customer successes and identifying areas for improvement within the organization.

After leaving InsideSales.com, Jim worked as a Sales Consultant at Business Promotion for a short period in 2016. In this role, they utilized their sales skills to promote and sell the company's products and services.

Currently, Jim serves as the Director of Onboarding at eFileCabinet, a position they have held since August 2021. Additionally, they have also held the position of Principle Enterprise CSM since October 2016 at the same company. In these roles, Jim is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring successful implementation of the company's software for clients.

James (Jim) Harvey attended Utah Valley University from 2002 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Aviation.
