Päivi Holmqvist

Päivi Holmqvist has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Päivi is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Communications Officer at Efima Oyj since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President, People & Communications at Nightingale Health from 2020 to 2021. Päivi also has experience as the Managing Director, Partner, and Senior Advisor at hasan comms from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they worked as the Business Unit Director, PR and Communication, Senior Advisor at Avidly Suomi from 2011 to 2016 and as an Account Director and Senior Consultant at Miltton from 2007 to 2011. Päivi began their career as a PR Officer, Project Manager, and Editor of non-fiction books at WSOY from 1995 to 2007.

Päivi Holmqvist started their education at Lauttasaaren yhteiskoulu, LYK in 1978 and completed their studies in 1985. During this time, they pursued a general curriculum as indicated by their listed degree as a 'Student'. After a gap of a few years, they attended the University of Gothenburg from 1988 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the University of Jyväskylä, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
