Muhammad Akmal Abdul Razak

Muhammad Akmal Abdul Razak has been working in the engineering field since 2012. Theirfirst role was as a PCB Designer at Multitest from 2012 to 2016. Muhammad Akmal then moved to Harbor Electronics as a PCB Designer from 2016 to 2017. After that, they joined Intel Corporation as a Package R&D Engineer until 2021. Currently, they are working as a MTS, Package Design Engineer at Efinix, Inc.

Muhammad Akmal Abdul Razak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Precision Engineering from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm between 2004 and 2010. In April 2012, they obtained a CID certification from the IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries.
