Aarthi Lokare

Aarthi Lokare is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Human Resources. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at EFL since May 2021, Aarthi has previously held HR roles at Godrej Consumer Products Limited from July 2017 to May 2021 and served as a Senior Executive at Teamlease Services Limited from November 2015 to September 2016. Aarthi holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Women's Christian College (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication Skills from Ethiraj College for Women (2010-2013). Aarthi completed 12th grade at Asan Memorial Senior Secondary School in Chennai, specializing in Bio-maths.
